This is completely unacceptable!!! Crossword bookstore is deliberately misleading its customers into placing orders and thereby cancelling the same after almost a month... I'd like to be adequately compensated for the inconvenience caused owing to the incompetence at your end, which prevented me from procuring the items from your competitors.
