According to their SLA agreement they have provided 3016 files per computer and they have to pay $ 0.50 per file by charging $52 per computer as data security charges and for more details I am attaching all the SLA of my centers with this letter.

But now the Cynassure BPO is trying to cheat all of my centers and for that we have to focus on following Points
• Now they are not picking up my and my centers call
• All of us have sent so many mails and calls to them as reminder but there is no response from them
• They have sent us a fake snap shot of online payment transfer of Rs, 5, 76, 000.00 where the 420 thing is that they have approved me as payment beneficiary at 1:51 PM IST on 15-Nov and they are showing me the payment of Rs, 5, 76, 000.00 at 1:30 PM IST on 15-Nov and the print of that snaps are attached with this letter.
• Over the phone calls they have promised us so many times to pay all the amount and for proof I am attaching the mobile recording clips are available.
• I have cross checked their account with the help of State Bank of India on 21-Nov but they have no sufficient balance in their account and they have promised me to pay the amount of about Rs. 14, 45, 000.00 by cheque the related voice clip is available. Also with the help of State Bank of India I got the address of Mr. Aniurddha Dutta whose details are given below
