Sir,

I have a broadband with unlimited upload & download connection on phone no 24417679.

For last three months i am facing trouble.

The link gets disconected after 5 to 10 minutes. After switching off the modem and switching it on again the link comes but again it gets disconnected again.

I made several complains.

A phone call comes from your end and ask about the problem. After explaining the problem most of the time I get a reply "we are seeing to it".

Then the link works ok for 2 to 3 days after which it again the same problem comes up.

Again I make a complain and I get a fresh docket number and the same thing happens.

For last 2 weeks there is no light in modem - power and lan light is glowing but there is no light in link.

I have already made the complain but there is no responce from the BSNL office.

I am sending his mail from an another place.

I cannot excess internet though I make yearly payment.

Please see to it and I will be very glad if you can solve the problem at early as possiable.

Till date no engineers came to my house where the connection is to check personally if anything is wrong.

Please solve my problem as quickly as possiable as I need the service of internet very much.
