Charging more than the Bill amount Forcefully

I stay at Khanda Colony NewPanvel (w). I use the Internet Broadband service provided by 24 online. When I checked my invoice memo online the amount is Rs.320/month. The guy who comes for collection forcefully tells me that I have to pay Rs.410/month because its my rate. Also the Bill provided by him does not has any VAT detais and looks like local fake bill. I am seriously not happy with his nonsense answers and would like this issue to come to your notice as good citizen

I would request you to take action ASAP since this is matter with many users.
