Speed is only1kbps very slow

Dear sir,

i have i nternet connection huawai EC 325

and using window xp operating system but more than 7 days i am not using inter net because no yahoo or rediff sight open i have call in customer care many time .but they are telling today or rightnow.please sort out this problem very soon, mymob of interaccess is 9312096973
