I have purchased a BlackBerry 8900 curve of Rs.10, 499 50 against Order No.-672572 dated 14th July from online shopping website dealsandyou.com, but the online shopping website provided the product from his vendor Gizmo E Bazar Pvt. Ltd, Add-9/49 b Kirti Nagar, Industrial Area, New Delhi-110015, Telephone No.-011-45072994-95.The handset's handsfree is not original & Speaker of handset is ruined & broken. I have already informed them by mail regarding this, but no one is responding. I want my BlackBerry Original handsfree & new handset having everything ok. Because my money Rs.10, 549/- has value, its hard earned money. Online shopping websites can't cheat & treat like this.

After several complaints in almost all online consumer forums, there is no response.

We customers are not bogus. Online shopping providers should not treat us like this.
