Payment Refund not recieved

Hi All,

I ordered a Sony camcorder with order no. 10289422 on 15th July, and then next day, i asked them to cancel the order as i have selected

another product. After frequent follow up and call the status of order has changed to "Payment refund Pending" on 19th July.

But even if i am calling i am not getting proper response from them that when i will receive payment. It is maintained in the website that

i should get my refund in maximum 7 days. But this time line also crossed 3 days earlier. A complain # 31866 is registered related to the same order; I have not received any reply, any email any call from Timtara even after frequent follow up.

No listener of customer pain.
