Product not delivered

I did an online purchase 40 days ago and paid an amount through credit card. The order number is 6568894. The product is not yet delivered. When I call the Customer Care they give me false information and are dragging my complaint. I need to arrest this cheating by some means. I need a way out of it so that nobody gets cheated. Dealsandyou even doesn't have a Tollfree number and I lost lot of money calling them.
