I was placed a order No. 340190 on 27/12 but order not received till 19.1.2012. i complaint to company customer care.. but they said that delivery is not done by this company... then i lodge a complaint again on 19.1.2012 regarding cancellation of product and refund my money. i again contact customer care... but not any status regarding cancellation of product and refund of money.. please help in this matter.
