Deals and You Not Refunding the money for Pest Control offer which is not delivered

I have purchased cockroach treatment service from website http://www.dealsandyou.com/ on 30 July

Order No: 195452, which is not yet serviced by the vendor ISS HiCare. I registered a complaint with deals and you on 25 august which they have not yet been able to resolve.

I have sent numerous emails and phone calls to the customer care and explained them that I can not wait for pest control to be arranged any more and I have to do it from another vendor, so please refund

my money. They are all the times saying that they are still investigating the issue and please contact

us after 3 working days we will be able to solve the problem.

It is already 1 month and I now want deals and you to refund me thepre-paid amount Rs 515 towards this transaction immediately. Hope someone from deals and you is looking onto this complaint and helps in resolving this matter immedaiately.

DEALS AND YOU needs to understand that its customers can not be taken for a ride by the vendors whose deals D&Y is selling, and if any such things happens it is equal responsibiliy of D&Y to resolve the matter to customer satisfaction and if not being done timely the deal amount should be refunded immediately. and appropriate action need to be initiated against the vendor by D&Y.
