Data Card Not in Use

Dear Sir,

I have purchased a Data Card Postpaid Plan of Rs. 4499/- on 18/08, vide data Card No. 9711677154 under One year free usase & downloading and same has been activated as per customer care service w.e.ef. 08/09. But I could not use even one second from that date to till now. Because here is shwon as "No Service" and If I call on the Data Card No. 9711677154 then massage listen that the "Number is temparary out service, please call after some time" customer care is also help less. so kindly come and solve the proble either refund my money niether I will file an pettition against you..for this harrasments and damages.
