EBay customer care told me 3 times on phone that it was seller's responsibility to pay for courier-back charges as the seller gave me defective item.
ebay told me to wait for 10 days for seller to replace the item by paying for the courier (home pickup service) from his own pocket as it wsa his fault.
Then after 10 days when I asked ebay for refund-claim process they said that I have to mutually talk to seller and decide who will pay shipping charge... case cancelled, no refund, money is blocked since month, arguing with ebay and seller every day wasting lot of time.
