No Mechandise, No Refund, No response

I had bought some merchandise with respect to Cricket world cup 2011 on Feb 02 from their website using credit card worth Rs 3500.00 . I did not receive any goods, neither a refund. A charge has been made to my credit cards. Tried calling the Company but nobody picks the phone. Even written many email reminders, but no response.
