My name is pawan goel

I had purchased a videocon tv and with that i have got a coupon of rs 2500.

Which i can use in online shopping from website www.emartinida.in

i had purchased 2 bags from there..

The balance of rs 498 i had deposited in there bank account at icici bank through check

and they had verified our amount too

but its been more than a month only 1 single bag has been delivired to us.

and now when we call emart on there no.-0124304100 they dosent pick my phone

neither they reply to us.

its a heartly request you to please sort out my problem.

throuth taking a strict actioan against them...
