Epoch.com deducted Rs.113.45 from my Indian Overseas Bank Account without my permission

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have login www.cam4ultimate.com website. but for login and for age verification purpose, they require Debit Card Information i.e. Debit Card No., Debit Card Expiry Date in mm/yy format and CCV No. of the debit card. I have given my Debit Card No.4221321520831053 to the website for login purpose but its merchant epoch.com deducted $2 =Rs.113.45 from My Indian Overseas Bank Saving Account No.052701000009370 without my permission and without informed me. My Order ID is 1501746360 with Epoch.com merchant website. Now, I want to cancel all purchases from Epoch.com and get refund of Rs.113.45 to my above Indian Overseas Bank Account. Kindly help me to get refund from www.cam4ultimate.com merchant Epoch.com as early as possible.
