Sir II Purchsed a handycam from NB Teleshopping 5th floor ;metrohouse Bhubneshwar Orrisa .when i received through post office& paid Rs.5374.but after opened the item 'That is in pathetic condition alomost broken piece and not functioning. So please change the item .otherwise i will go to consumer act.
