FAKE 3g Speed

I bought an Idea 3g netsetter from a shop in laxmi nagar @rs 1250/- with 2gb 3g plan. i used it for a month. the speed was good.

but after a month i recharge it with rs 399/- unlimited 2g plan.. in which i was told that i will get 100kbps downloading speed but in real i got 4-5 kbps only. i call customer care but they said that they cant do anything regarding this.

after a month i recharge it with rs450/- 3g plan but again speed is 10 kbps (downloading) but i was told that speed will be 2.1 mbps.

i dont understand why this company is making fun of people's money.

and now i am sure, i will never use Idea services ever in my life.. i would rather prefer for vodafone/airtel.

i am fed up of Idea services and i warn other to not to buy any kind of service from them.
