Hi. I had ordered for a Blackberry Storm 9530 at Fashion and you.com. They had told me that it will be a brand new product with a company warranty of 18 Months from Balck Berry. They have send me a refurbished hand send that’s unlocked from Verizon tele communications. Then I demanded for a return pick up and for giving back my money.

I have never delt with such a irresponsible company were the employees who has promised to revert me on time shall neither give a call back nor pick up while I try to reach them. I am sick dealing with a company. 2 employees namely Deepika and Tarun who had promised me to make it happen has not even reverted nor attended my calls (tried reaching around 5 times, end result was putting me on a hold for more than 15 mins and call disconnect.)

I want my money back and would like to take any action against this fraudulent company so that there might not be another victim like me.
