Ordered product not delivered

I had made a purchase using debit card payment with order no: 2045664 on 21/06. The product was not delivered. I had to cll in 8 times to register complaints. I didnt receive any response about the complaints. Thet kept on giving me 72hrs ETA after which i didnt even receive any response even via mail. I was suppposed to get a proof of delivery which was also not received. Now when i called, they put me on hold for 10 min and disconnected the call. The service is really bad and there is no credibility to the site.this is the second time im facing difficulty with the product delivery. I request the concerned person to take stringent action on the site owners or managers.
