Defectice sub standard cheap watch

i have got a call from 100 best buy that i am among the few lucky winners who will bw getting a wrist watch UCB worth rs 4000 in just Rs 800..i bluntly refused but the person calling said that its replacable and under money back warranty so if in case i dont like it i can get it changed... but when i received that watch it was defective and very very very very sub standard... even i have got the mobile no. of person who called me up to confirm my order (8067536421)
