Non deliver of cheque and orde

I Swati Gupta placed an order no is 87225.I paid for 2 watches but recieved one. I was told i would recieve my second watch for which i have to not pay anything as i have paid earlier for the 2 watches. now the courirer company approaches me with the bill for the payment of 2 watches. I was told by fashionandyou that a representative would call me but noone called me up. my problem is still not resolved.the amarex courier company is still not updated about the free shipment of my parcel.

I also placed an order no 80065 a month ago.i was given wrong items. i asked for the refund. I was told by Mr parag, manager on 22nd novemeber that i would recieve my cheque within 2-3 days. i called on 29th november to know the status and i was told by amanjeet (customer care representative) that cheque has not been dispatched yet.

Its a bad mismangement.customers are fooled over there.
