Nonrefund of my money

I had made using the deals and you voucher worth Rs. 2500 on 13/01 at www.fashionandyou.com (Order No-189494), but the order was never delivered and hence cancelled. Though the credit card refund was made, but even after 4 months I have not recieved dealsandyou voucher (for which I had paid Rs. 1000). I was told by their support time almost 20 times that the matter would be resolved with 48 hours, but to no avail. We have talked to Ms Anurima, Shalini and Tarun in their support service but no result. Today, we were told that dealsandvoucher has already been credited but it is not showing in my account. So the company is now straightaway cheating.
