Wat a waste to time and money to order from Ferns and petals. i placed the aboce order on 3rd july. till now it has not been delivered. above all you have maintained a bulshit website and call center. whle the website shows the same status and most of the content remains unavailable, call center remains unresponsive and if att all there is a response, they are smart enuf to disconnect it on their own. this was my brother's b day and thanks to u for runing the surprize. i am going to take it to the higher level of escallation and approach consumer court for such a irresponsible behaviour u put fpr ur customers. i pais rs 1000, other sites charge me Rs 700 and deliver it on time but the big brand has no SLA's and standards.
