Delivery of wrong product

I have ordered a gift item on 10th february from Ferns n Petals website which was to be delivered in nagpur on 14th February. Though they delivered the product on 14th feb but it was in no way matching to the product i ordered. They gave a lucrative picture of the product in the website. From then i have been complaining multiple times and they said that the appropiate product will be redelivered again on 26th feb. But till now they did not take any action. I even told them that i will appeal in consumer court but as if they do not care for that.
