Internet service provider cheating consumers in mulund (east/West)

I am a resident of Mulund East a Software Consultant working in a MNC, i normally relax at home on weekends and some times have to access the internet to connect to friends or do some official work from home.

I bought a Broadband Package of service provider 5Net from a Local franchise VIRAJ SERVICES.They sold me a plan of Minimum 1 MBPS download speed and 80 kbps upload speed. At the first place i don't get that speed and now even on Saturday's and Sunday's internet goes down in every 1 hour or so and speed is very very slow. I spend half of my time calling them and then loosing peace of mind.

They have some common answers to fool the consumers..i am from the Information Technology background so i know that they are fooling me and when i try to cross question they bang the phone down.

I feel frustrated and cheated.

Hope through this complaint someone will take action against the local Internet service providers who are fooling customers
