Money not refunded

I have ordered ps2 game worth rs699 and cancelled order as it is out of stock. The money was not reflected to my bank account and they said that we have done it on 4th may giving me transaction id. But when i confirmed with bank manager he showed me every detail and no amount was refunded back and thats wrong transaction id.
