Giving noice

I have purchased one orbitrek basic from teleshop, chennai, through telephone No.044 42447015. The machine starts gving noise from 3 rd day onwards. Immedeatly complant lodged through phone (044 42447015). They informed, within 48 hours complaint will be attended. But till now it has not been attended. I have follow up daily at the above number and they will say today it will be arranged.
