Ude and harsh behaviour towards custome

Ecently i ordered a book from flipkart and couple of days later i wanted to know my order status. the customer care service had given me the wrong information and have talked to me in a rude way. They were speaking from bangalore . the people whom i talked with were rakesh, SHILPA and PRIYA.
