i ordered a sony walkman worth 2265/- i got it delivered with 3 days on August 23. but there was some problem with the headphones. so, i asked them for replacement. the company has a policy to replace the products within 1 month. the delivery boy took my headphones for reverse pick-up 15 days ago saying that the new onew would be delivered the very next day. but he hasnt delivered the new ones yet. i am mailing the company daily, calling the customer care number but no satisfactory response. i am really fed up.
