Order not delivered but Credit card is charged

Order nor yet delivered, but amount is charged and deducted from my account.

I have made below transaction online from flora stand on 4/09, money has been deducted from my credit card but the flowers are not yet delivered. Request you to help me in this regards.

I tried calling the number given on their website. But they are always switched off and not reachable.
