For Residence connection
DSL CONNECTION

Sir We shifted our residence from Nanthoor to Padavinangady last month. Regarding this on November 10 th 2009 we have submitted an application to the main office for shifting the existing dsl connection. I use to go daily to the BSNL office regarding this. Most of the time JE will not be there to tell my requirement. Our old telephone number (0824 2221341) was disconnected and a new number (0824 2485541) is also alloted. But so far they didnt initiate anything. My both children and my self amd my wife is using Internet most of the time. Ours is a UNLIMITTED DOWNLOAD PLAN. Because of this we are struggling too much. Please consider this matter and give the DSL connection as soon as possible.
