Slow speed and frequent disconnection

We have BSNL broadband connection (on phone number- 0734-2527775) which works but the connectivity is very poor. Connectivity of net gets disconnected at a frequency of 2 times in an hr. We called the BSNL people from Ujjain they came once even changed the Modem but still we are not getting good connectivity. Sometimes even for hours we do not get connectivity. We have contacted Bhopal office as well. They shared that there me a problem with the exchange in Ujjain. In last 2 months we have called 2-3 times at Ujjain and Bhopal office as well.

Please take a note and send somebody to track and solcve the problem at the earliest.
