FRAUD ON LINE SHOPPING WEBSITE

Sir,

I placed an order of Rakhi and some sweets on indiaflowristnetwork.com on 31 Jul 12 with Order No HIFN- 317201216613164, payment ID- 5329879491422130 and cost Rs 1588.00. The Order was to be delivered on 01 Aug 12. But it has not been delivered by 03 Aug 12. I also tried on their helpline No 09230721101, but it is always busy and if by chance got connected then in waiting only. I was not able to talk to any customer care executive. Their is no other email or no is provided in their website.

On the date of order I got a mail from them that my order has been processed and shipping No will be forwarded to me to tracking. It has also not been sent to me till date. I request you to take up my case with the authorities and to the needful. I would also like to warn other to be alert from this fraud site.
