Amount deducted but recharge not done

Hi,

I recharged on mobile number : 8109708660, and payment was done using netbanking of HDFC.

After confirming the payment screen on HDFC the ccavenue confirmation page kept on loading and i was not directed to FREECHARGE confirmation page.

The amount was deducted from my account, also the recharge status is not shown in my freecharge account under MYORDER tab.

10 Aug CCA11HDEV762-Avenues India Ltd 810122436 10 Aug 161.00

please look in to this matter as early as possible.

I don't want to deface the reputation of such a nice idea website.
