I Did not receive my free coupon

Dear Sir,

Freecharge.in is a website regarding mobile recharge. they offer the free coupons worth same amount of recharge amount. i have recharge my mobile with Rs 500.00, but they are not sending my coupons, they also charged Rs 10.00 extra for the delivery of the coupons.

i have reported the complaint at their customer service portal
