Free Gift -Watch
Non delivery of Free Gift sent by courier order ID 1000638997

I had sent my complaint on 19th of Dec. 2010 on my Order ID 100063899. I had paid Rs. 499/- through my Credit Card. But your courier had demanded Rs.500/- for delivery of the watch even though you had acknowledged my payment by giving the Order ID 1000638997. You had also not given me the despatch details like courier's Name and the docket No. as indicated by you while transmitting the Order ID No. 1000638997. What is the stutus of my payment of Rs. 499/- or will you send the watch again for delivery without insisting for payment. The Whole Fault lies on you due to lack communication from your end.

Please let me have your reply to my e-mail ID chandrabala2003@gmail.com from you immediately I am very much worried about the payment made and the watch. I had sent mails to membership@bagittoday.com. No response to this also. Please do the needful immdiately..
