But when i clicked on this model to buy it changes 2 model videocon platinum 32FBA model which have diffeent specifications and feature. Moreover every time i chated to customer care staff they gave me fake statement about the product features. One thing is clear the online site Futurebazaar.com is nt a rustworthy site. Govt. shud take steps 2 protect d innocent customers
