Hi Guys,

Iam Jamal Azad from Chennai some two Month back i had got a call from a BSNL Customer care, its regards the free subscription for Games on demand for one month, so i active this at the end of that month i had deactivated the same, but for the last two months they put an additional charge for Games on Demand, if i check in the Games on demand Website it shows the subscription has deactivated, but still i getting the bill for same, then i made a complaint in Chennai BSNL Customer care, they ask me to contact their Commercial Manager and given a land line number 044 2661 8099 but there is no response in that number.

Can any one of you help out in this regards and please advice me how to move forward
