No delivery of the product even after 40 days

Sir I have purchased an popcorn maker online from gift360.in the Oder (order no is 16163). The company claimed that it will reach to me within 14 or in any circumstances 21 days but no information. I have tried customer support by email and telephone also. Telephone section says we don't have any monitor if online orders .and by email they say it will be despached within this week or within 2days. Nor they are refunding money. Please help me out. Thanks
