Non delivery of online gift

Hi,

I am writing this with great dissappointment.

I had ordered two gifts worth Rs 3000/- through www.giftstobangalorecity.com website. I had placed order on 4th Feb and asked them to deliver by 8th Feb 10am. When I called up at 12 noon, they said that its not yet delivered and will do it by evening 5pm. On the same night, status of my order was changed to Delivered.

When I called up my friend (recepient) at Shimoga, I came to know that they didnt get any courier nor any call from courier or from this website.

I called up customer support numbers, they say that it has been delivered and some lady by name Shwetha has taken it. There is nobody at my recipients place by name Shwetha nor in her neighbourhood. Who the hell did they deliver? God knows...

On top of it, when i chat with customer care operator by name Rahul... he replies so rudely.. He tells me "when are u going to consumer court? let me know so that we can celebrate your losing"... That was so ridiculous. I never saw any such customer care so far. They are not sending me any sort of receipt nor any acknowledgement. Moreover when I call customer care number, nobody picks it up. They pick up only if i call from a new number...

As an Indian citizen, I give a warning to other Indians not to use this website and lose money like me. I just dont know how to proceed with this case now. If anybody knows, please let me know. I have print out of my order details, customer operator chat's history.
