GTI 0302201271.I ordered a gift on 3 feb of delivey date 14 feb .gift was not deliver on date and still its pending.this was my first valentine day it was kind of personal for me. I have called on their customer care number many times its always busy and two times when it rang they just take my voice note and said they will contact me asap. I have faced embaracement because of this.they have not even replied for my mails.so if possible kindly help me out with this.
