Product still not delivered

Dear Sir,

I had purchased online Dlight Kiran S10 - Portable Solar Powered Lamp, 1 no for Rs.499/- from bazaar24x7.com on 5th June vide Invoice Number: BAZAAR24X7/PROD0605-11418.

But since today, 15th June the produt is not delivered to my address in Mumbai (the company promises to deliver products within 2 working days)

I am afraid is this some kind of an INTERNET FRAUD by Gizmo E Bazaar Pvt Ltd.(bazaar24x7.com)??

Please help me!
