Unable to check balance on GPRS

Dear Sir/Mam,
I am not able to check my GPRS balance on your helpline number. It has been a problem since 3-4 weeks. I have already talked to many of your officials at the customer care number, but i have not been helped any of the times. They tell me every time that they have forwarded my complaint, but neither have i received any complaint number nor my issue has been resolved any of the times.
I kindly request you to please look upon this one and help me resolve my issue as soon as possible.
