Not Giving right service

Respected Sir,

I am GTPL broadband customer since last 2 years approximately. I have been paid all charges for broadband connection to GTPL . This connection often disconnect anytime and i make complaint to GTPL customer care service number but they all are busy at that time. when i called to upper level they give me threaten to disconnect my connection. Actually I do not have any other internet service in my area Odhav, Ahmedabad. as for example, in month July i complained more than six times, so you can judge how services they provides. so plz do needful because of this complaint GTPL company threatned me to disconnect my connection in next 5 dyas.
