Net connection

Dear SIr,

I am the costumer of GTPL broadband service, Ahmedabad. Since last 15 days my net is down. I have given complain to company customer care unit so many times but every time they say that the complain will be sort out with in 2 days but still it is continue. I have fully frustrated due to this problem.

Please do some needfull.
