ANNIVERSARY CAKE NOT DELIVERED

I had paid online for a cake their reference CART21700023 to be delivered to my India local address on 13th July. After thier response on 22nd July where they said they will look into the matter they have not responded on my repeated mails. I had received their mail on 15th confirming delivery of the product but in reality it had not been. Poor people who love their folks are repeatedly duped in this manner. Need you or someone to look into this matter and warn them not to repeat this or atleast respond positively on the grievances. Thanks.
