Poor Service Quality

We have taken Hathway Broadband prepaid connection (#817153) in November. From day one we are facing problems of connectivity. We have raised many complaints to Hathway but no response, even nobody bothered to attend or fix the issue as on date. Their customer service is very poor and careless.

We have raised a complaint on their website for disconnection of the service and refund of the money ASAP. Still no reply from the company.
