Hathway Broadband Internet
Non renewal of acccount

Since July I have been trying to get my broadband account renewed. However, inspite of repeated emails and telephone calls, I have failed to get a response from Hathway Broadband Service. As this service involves an intial fixed investment in a modem and cabling, I will have to shell out this money again to change my provider.
