Not returning money

I am struggling to get my OWN money back from Hathway Internet People. I neither get any single reply from these people nor money. I made up my mind after 5 reminders to Hathway about it to come to www.ConsumerComplaints.in. Hope, I will get justice through this media.

Reminder 1 - Email 1 - On Thu, Mar 24 at 4:08 PM, I wrote:

Dear Sir or Madam:

I requested for internet connection on last Friday, 18th March and paid money for 4 months prepaid plan of Hathway Internet broadband connection. Mr. Sandeep (9561095387) and Mr. Mandar (? not sure about his name) (9960847472) were handling my case to get connected. I get promise to get internet connection next day but since the moment I paid Rs. 1700 to these people, I could not even see their faces or get their call on the status update. I called almost twice a day to know the status and I got assurity to get connection that day only and so on..

After the mental harassment of almost week, I requested Mr. Mandar to give me my money back and still I am getting it. I am not sure whether this person will give me my money back or not.

I got a very bad experience with your team to get Internet connection and my project work became a mess. If you are not capable, you should not promise to customers.

Please refund the every single rupee in next 1 working day or I will be forced to go to consumer court for the same.
