Wrong allocation of births by etickets

It is rediculos to see the unwanted birth numbers only after paying fare for etickets, even if the passenger is a senior citizen. Although availability chart shows a lot of seats are available, still the senior citizens don't get lower births. In this matter cancellation charges has to be born by us unnecessarily.

While booking two tickets (including a senior citizen and a child) the birth alloted were 6 & 48 (both s/u) in 2nd A/c. On cancellation such ticket Rs.120 have been deducted.

Please re allocate the booking system otherwise people will suffer like this.
